He is the founder of Irish Realty, Irish Custom Homes, Irish Rentals & Cooreman Real Estate Group and the visionary that is turning northwest St. Joseph county into the next major growth area in Michiana. Steve's extensive professional experience includes 12 years with the 3M Company, 4 years with The Holladay Corporation and 6 years with the Area Plan Commission of St. Joseph County.

Tyler Tadian a a graduate of Hillsdale College with an accounting degree. He joined the Irish Custom Homes team as a 3rd generation homebuilder and developer from the Metro Detroit area. He has extensive industry experience managing the sales and construction of hundreds of beautiful homes. Tyler is a great listener to his clients and goes the extra distance to make sure his people are happy with their new home.

Danielle Sautter is a graduate of Southeastern University of Lakeland, Florida and received her degree in communication. She joined the Irish Custom Home team in 2022 after working for Irish Realty. Danielle holds her Indiana realtor's license and has extensive experience in sales, leasing, and property management. Danielle knows no strangers and makes sure our clients feel welcomed, understood, and informed. When Danielle isn't working, she enjoys dancing, cooking/entertaining and talking about her favorite personality profile system, the enneagram.
